Install the adaptive signature

This setup page is loaded. Download the file below to add the signature tool to Outlook.

1. Download the Outlook setup file

2. Add the file to Outlook

1. Open Outlook’s add-ins dialog.
2. Select My add-ins → Custom Addins → Add a custom add-in → Add from File.
3. Choose the downloaded CYRMARA-Outlook.xml file.

If custom add-ins are unavailable, your Microsoft 365 administrator may need to install it.

3. Test the signature

1. Start a disposable new email in Outlook web.
2. Open Apps → CYRMARA Signature, or its compose toolbar button.
3. Click Insert signature and check. This replaces the signature in the open draft.
4. If the check detects the required rules, send a test to yourself and open it in iOS Mail in portrait orientation. Check light and dark mode.

A successful draft check still needs confirmation in the received email. If the check fails, keep the displayed result.

The add-in inserts the signature when you press its button. It does not send emails or set a default for future drafts. Permissions and privacy
