For the automatic Microsoft 365 setup, start here.
Copy the signature below, paste it into Outlook’s signature editor, then choose it for new emails and replies.

This copy uses one logo that can shrink with the available space. Contact details remain live, clickable text. Automatic logo and dark-mode switching is not included in the copy-and-paste version.
Where to paste it
| Outlook for Mac | Outlook → Settings → Signatures → +. Name it CYRMARA, paste, then select it under the defaults for your account. |

| Classic Outlook for Windows | File → Options → Mail → Signatures → New. Paste, select it for new messages and replies/forwards, then Save / OK. |
Start a new email and send a test. Check the received copy on desktop and a small phone, including the three contact links. Signature editors can change pasted formatting.
Automatic installation across devices
For Eduardo’s Microsoft 365 account, use the administrator setup to enable the signature in Outlook on iPhone, Mac and Windows. This copy page is the basic desktop alternative; it does not install the phone add-in.
